Size Guide:

Our size chart serves as a general guide to help you find the perfect size Aura Swim for you. If you have questions about a specific style’s sizing, you may reach out to our Customer Service Department via email (info@auraswimcollection.com). Please include your bust, waist, and hip measurements in your email, so we can best help you.

 

How to Care for Your Aura Swim:

To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your Aura Swim, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary.

 

Shipping:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Preorders: 

All pre-orders will be fulfilled and shipped starting the last week of August through the third week of September. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is fulfilled. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

 

Tracking:

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of purchase, please email our Customer Service Department (info@auraswimcollection.com) and be sure to include your order number.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept unworn swimsuits bought from auraswimcollection.com in new condition with tags and hygiene stickers intact within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not accept returns that have been stained, damaged, or missing tags/hygiene stickers.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Change or Cancel Your Order:

Any changes or cancellations must be made via email to our Customer Service Department (info@auraswimcollection.com) within 24 hours of purchase. Please be sure to include your order number in your email so we may best process your request.
